The key to
successful weight loss is to wash your mind of all the
thousands of myths and diets, and start this no-sacrifice

fifth test, the well fed rats were running towards the mast
and escaped easily. On the other hand, the undernourished
ones were desperately running from one place to other, and
only after ten tests of electrical charge did they learn to
escape when they heard the music.
Tip: it is
very recommended to avoid food with more than 20 per cent of
fat. But remember: cholesterol is not a poison. It is part
of the body, necessary, but in controlled doses. Control
